Thank you to the team for your willingness to participate in the vaccination program. Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Social Distancing measures and contactless experiences

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Cleaning protocol & House-keeping services

In keeping with property to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms.
These include:

• Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

• Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

Prevention & Control of Hygiene Cleanliness & Safety

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We have enhanced our cancellation policies for existing reservation without a penalty as follows:

• Guests traveling with new or existing direct bookings for stays in any of our property through July 31, 2020 will have their worry-less to change or modify the reservation until 2021. cancellation or change penalties waived if the request is received at least 24 hours (or less if permitted by the hotel’s policy) prior to arrival.

• Guests who are prohibited from traveling to their booked hotel under applicable law will have their cancellation or change penalties waived on direct bookings.

• For new or existing direct bookings with arrivals after July 31, 2020, all of our properties are required to accommodate non-cancellable rate reservation changes if the request is received at least 48 hours prior to arrival and the same number of room nights or more are booked for a future stay.

For bookings made by a travel agent or online booking platform, guests are advised to contact the agent or booking platform directly.

*Important Information:
• Some exclusion may apply. May exclude periods with special event restrictions or peak demand periods. Please refer to individual property rate policy for details.
• Individual (transient) guestroom reservation refunds of any kind (e.g., cash or credit voucher) may take up to 180 days from the date of cancellation to be processed. The form and timing of refund may be subject to applicable laws in place.

VILLA’S HYGIENE

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests during in the property. On a daily basis, our villa’s team are working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning.

Our villa’s health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from hand washing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures.

Specific steps we are taking include:

General Health, Safety and Knowledge: Hotel & Villas Group – and their own health, safety and knowledge – are essential to an effective cleaning program.

Here are some ways we’re supporting them:
• Infrared thermometer available at front office to conduct temperature check of our guests and employee.
• Provision of medical masks and gloves forour guest and employee upon request
• Hand sanitisers placed at guest contact areas such as property entrance.
• Proper and frequent hand washing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. In our daily meetings, our teams are reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act. It’s important for their health and that of our guests.
• Rigorous cleaning and sanitation of guest room. Villas use cleaning and disinfecting procedures to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
• Frequent sanitation of high-contact points,such as door handles, reception counter, public and bathroom.
• Villas have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys, parking area, and entrance.
• Regular training of employee ensuring proper hand hygieneand awareness of covid19.

This enduring value guides us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19), which the World Health Organization declared a pandemic lately. Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this coronavirus. Please know that we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the clock and have precautions in place to ensure a healthy stay at any of our hotels across the globe. In this climate, we know travel may not be your first thought, but I want you to know the safety of our guests and properties is our top priority. Before you stay

Given the impact of COVID-19 on how we work, socialize and travel, we have been adapting our cancellation policy over the past several weeks to the evolving nature of this epidemic. Today, we are updating our policy to provide our customers the most flexibility we can offer during these challenging times. Generally speaking, for guests with existing individual reservation, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival as long as the change or cancellation is made by April 30, 2020. For guests making new individual reservations between today and April 30, 2020, we will allow those reservations to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before a guest's scheduled arrival date. When you book

You should have confidence when you book a stay at any of our hotel & Villas that we are doing everything we can to have accommodations ready for you. We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local health agencies for the latest developments related to COVID-19 and following the guidance of government and public health officials. We are reinforcing these agencies' recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures with our own hotel management teams and the hotel operators in our portfolio.

During your stay

We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities. Daily, our hotel & Villas are working to ensure that they meet the latest guidance from the CDC and WHO on hygiene and cleaning. Our hotels' health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from hand washing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures. Our loyalty guests

We are focused on how the coronavirus is impacting our loyalty members and have made some important updates to our loyalty program to provide greater flexibility when planning future travel. Specifically, we have paused points expiration until August 31, 2020 allowing Members to consider the advantage of booking direct at their points. In addition, we have extended the expiration of confortable night discount with an expiration date of December 31, 2020 by one year to December 31, 2021. Lastly, Members who currently have an active benefit stay expiring in 2020 as part of their credit card benefit, annual choice benefit, promotions or travel package will be able to use it through January 31, 2021. We understand that earning status for 2021 may also be on your mind. As the current situation is still evolving, it is too early for us to make any changes. We will keep you updated on all loyalty program changes through our Bidadari Group property member benefits website.
